New Patients

Eagle Creek Animal Clinic is always accepting new patients. We like to have a copy of your pets past medical history so that we may learn as much as we can about your pet. We schedule your initial visits for 40 minutes so we allow sufficient time for answering any questions and addressing any concerns you may have. The first visit is our best opportunity to create a long-time relationship with you and your pet. You may download our New Client Forms prior to your visit. We also request the you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we have time to process your records.

Surgery and Hospitalized Patients

Patients being admitted for hospitalization, surgeries, and dentistry are checked in between 7:15 am and 7:45 am. Patients are checked in with our technician who will be assisting the doctor during your patient’s procedure. They will spend 5-10 minutes going over the day’s proceedings with you and helping you feel comfortable regarding your pet’s procedure. They will also schedule a release time for you to pick up your pet.

Potentially Contagious Patients

We request that all patients presenting with a coughing, bloody diarrhea or very ill puppies call when they are in route. This allows us to be prepared for your arrival and guide you into our facility through a side door. This precautions helps eliminate the possibility of spreading highly contagious or infections conditions to other pets in our facility.
