Our History:
The Eagle Creek Animal Clinic has been a well-established practice on the west side of Indianapolis for many years. Dr. James Baughn, who had practiced small animal medicine and surgery in Indianapolis since 1972, founded the clinic in 1982 with himself as the only doctor and one other staff member. In 2007, Dr. Barry Foster, with over 16 years of experience working with Dr. Baughn at the clinic, became the owner of the practice. Dr. Baughn retired in 2008 after over 30 years of practicing veterinary medicine. Since its founding in 1982, the Eagle Creek Animal Clinic has grown to employ four veterinarians and a support staff of 18 highly trained professionals. In 2004, a major building project added four exam rooms, more work space, and a new reception area. The clinic equipment is constantly being upgraded to reflect the greatest state of the art medical practices available, including recent additions of a digital X-ray machine and therapeutic laser.
Our Mission Statement:
At the Eagle Creek Animal Clinic, our business begins with building honest and caring relationships with each of our clients and patients.
We commit ourselves:
To providing the highest quality customer service, emphasizing client education and communicating in a friendly, professional manner.
To providing the highest quality patient care with state-of-the-art medical, surgical, and laboratory practices, and by designing health care programs around each pet’s and family’s individual needs.
To open and honest communication within our team, thereby assisting, supporting, and respecting each other as veterinary team members.
